Synopsis
In a small coastal town, a group of people isolated during the COVID quarantine seeks comfort and meaning in poetry in the face of death, while clinging to the fantasy of rebuilding their fractured lives. The film weaves together reality and dream, exploring cinema as a refuge and reflecting on human nature and the power of art to transcend despair.
Fernando Spiner
Fernando Spiner is a graduate of the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. His debut feature La sonámbula (1998) premiered in Toronto and San Sebastián, winning awards in Toulouse, Nantes, and Havana. Aballay, el hombre sin miedo (2010) won 11 international awards.
