Cinema as testimony. Recovering the past to think about the present

Following the discovery of an incomplete version of Brisas del Atlántico — a short documentary about Mar del Plata made in the 1930s by the historic production company Cinematografía Valle — a documentary essay has been produced to fill in the missing information and analyze the physical and social changes in the city, 90 years on.
