OST: when music tells the story too

The section dedicated to music in cinema presents Argentina Stone, by Gabriel Grieco, at the 41st Mar del Plata International Film Festival.
Original Soundtrack (OST) is the Festival’s section dedicated to music in cinema — the soundtracks that build atmospheres, carry emotions, and become inseparable from the images they accompany.
This edition, the section presents a single film: Argentina Stone, by Gabriel Grieco. A documentary that portrays the rolinga community in Argentina — one of the most recognizable subcultures in the country’s musical landscape — through the music, culture, and identity that define it.
The film brings together key figures from the Argentine rock scene, including La 25, Pity Álvarez, Javier Calamaro and Juanse, from Ratones Paranoicos, among many other artists.
Rock, neighborhood and belonging — at full volume on the big screen.
